The Program

You will be in for a world-class program of information and opportunities that are essential for all dairy producers.  The paths to strengthening dairy prices are being taken by the industry: Innovate, Legislate and Export.  This year we will focus on innovation’s role and the development of export markets.  Also, a great deal has happened since last year’s ground braking symposium focused on legislation for price stabilization.  We will receive an update on this effort along with a briefing from a promenant California Congressman and a discussion of the 2012 Farm Bill.

The Questions that our speakers will address include:

• What are the stable and best new market opportunities?
• What have innovations done for other agricultural products and what are the best opportunities for the dairy industry?
• What is the state of current legislation?
• What will the Farm Bill 2012 do?

In addition to providing current, cutting-edge information, the Symposium provides opportunities to have your voice heard in dynamic question-and-answer sessions with our speakers and lawmakers.

This year we have changed the venue to California’s oceanfront playground, just 10 minutes from our previous location in San Luis Obispo.  You will be very pleased with The Cliffs Resort and its comfortable central coast setting.
